A well-established 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the middle of one of nature’s most abundant playgrounds, is actively interviewing for a hospital Pharmacy Director. The Director of Pharmacy plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations within our healthcare organization. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing pharmacy staff, and optimizing pharmacy services to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. The Director of Pharmacy collaborates with various departments to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy department. Education and Experience Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Current Washington State Pharmacist License in good standing
- Five (5) years hospital pharmacy experience
- Personnel management, financial management, inventory control and quality management principles. Knowledge of dosing requirements and precautions across the age spectrum
- Communication and supervisory skills

Coulee Medical Center is a 25-bed Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital with a very important job: to serve the healthcare needs of our rural community with the best in patient care, medical expertise, and personalized service. Based out of our new state-of-the-art, 66,000-square-foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. We treat their wounds. We deliver their babies. We heal their pain. We nurture their well-being. It is a big responsibility, and one that we are proud to have. Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility using market analysis and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
