Senior Personal Injury Paralegal (10 Years Plaintiff-Side Experience)

Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 (Full Benefits)

We are seeking a highly experienced personal injury paralegal to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and manage case files
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, depositions, and court filings
• Coordinate communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with case management and legal research tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
