Your New Role

As our next Plumber at AirCo, you’ll:

  • Assemble, install, and service plumbing systems with precision.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and gas systems.
  • Run sewer drains confidently and efficiently.
  • Review blueprints and ensure all installations meet code requirements.
  • Handle job estimates accurately (if experienced).
  • Follow safety protocols rigorously—your safety is a priority.
  • Install water heaters, gas systems, and more.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces).
  • Maintain meticulous paperwork and time records daily.

  • Experience: Less than 10 years of plumbing experience required.
  • License: Must hold a minimum of a Tradesman Plumber License.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Physical Readiness: Must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in challenging environments, including the Texas heat.
  • Supervisory Skills: A plus if you’re looking to lead.
  • Screening: Must pass drug and background checks.
