How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

As a Principal Architect, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), you will bring a high level of technical expertise to our team, supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, advising on the optimal use of the platform, and providing technical expertise to our internal teams. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet enterprise needs.

• Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform.

• Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform.

• Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions.

• Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech needs and implementations.

• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform.

• Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform.

• Leading training sessions to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the platform.

• Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting groups to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience

• 5+ years of architect and software engineering experience

• 2+ years of marketing solution experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field 

• Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms such as Salesforce C3260

• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level platforms.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

• Advanced Degree such as Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or tech related field; or MBA

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical skills

• In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.

• Prior experience in a large-scale ecommerce or digital business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization.

This position is based in Atlanta at the General Office and relocation will be required.
