Join Amazon in revolutionizing the future of global E-commerce. We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead cross-border business initiatives and help millions of customers worldwide discover and purchase international products on Amazon.
In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of innovative international shopping solutions that seamlessly connect customers with products worldwide. As a Principal PM, you’ll lead a team dedicated to creating and implementing cross-border products and features, including Haul International and WW Path to Compliance.

Key job responsibilities
Identifying international challenges for all aspects of Amazon’s XB business
* Lead and own the product and tech roadmap to improve XB selection
* Think big and invent new ways to unlock XB selection
* Working with compliance partners to provide compliant solutions
* Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
* Driving results by exercising judgment using available information
A day in the life
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at partnering with engineering teams to build and iterate products effectively. You’ll need strong communication skills to engage with senior leadership across business and technical domains. Working across multiple time zones, you’ll drive global product strategy while developing automated solutions for complex international challenges.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience owning technology products
– Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
– 7+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
