Ste Michelle Wine Estates
Private Client Sales (PCS) Lead job responsibilities include:
- Promote personalized wine programming across all DTC consumer channels by coordinating PCS email and phone campaigns in alignment with the existing email calendar
- Assist in developing new sales strategies for each brand, including identifying outreach and sales development opportunities
- Plan and execute new customer acquisition planning and campaigns:
- Conduct outbound direct sales for Washington via phone calls and personalized emails.
- Provide operational support, including order maintenance with our fulfillment center and managing order retrievals.
DTC Operational Support
- Perform various data entry tasks to support direct sales, including processing, tracking, and reporting sales
- Collaborate with the shipping department to research and resolve routine customer service inquiries or issues
- Consult, process and track large corporate and gift orders
- Support Concierge team as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
- Knowledge of wine and DTC wine sales and shipping practice preferred
- Ability to interact comfortably with the public via phone, email, and other communication methods in an efficient, positive and brand-appropriate manner
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Your Compensation:
$20.68 – $26.89 per hour based upon relevant experience.
