How can you make an impact?

As the Product Manager, you will partner with the Director of Product Management for CTE in managing the development of customized K-12 Math, Science, and Social Studies products for various states and school districts. You will also be a people leader with a team of developers who specialize in all aspects of print and digital production. This position can work remotely within the United States. To be successful in this role the candidate must be organized, flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once.



This role is remote, and candidates must reside somewhere within the United States.

What you’ll be doing:


  • As the Product Manager, you will partner with the Director of CTE in managing national career education products and portfolios for various states and school districts
  • You will also be a people leader with a team of developers who specialize in all aspects of print and digital production
  • Product Strategy: Contribute to the strategic product vision for specific national career education products and portfolios
  • Define and prioritize product requirements
  • Serve as central communicator and lead for individual projects
  • Participate in go-to-market strategy Continuously monitor product performance, the competitive environment, and market changes
  • Product Development: Manage your team of reports and leverage the cross-functional shared services teams effectively to keep your assigned projects within scope, on time, and on budget
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by partnering other product leaders, sales, and marketing in the prioritization of projects
  • Budget Management: Manage individual product budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI
  • Operational excellence: Define and lead the teams in the creation of processes and strategies to maximize efficiencies in our build process

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, educational technology, or K-12 curriculum as well as experience managing the creation of print and digital educational products
  • Your contribution to the team includes: To be successful in this role the candidate must be organized, flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing educational products
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

The pay range for this position is between$65,000 – $100,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
