Stand-By Personnel
Position: Production Packaging
Pay: $14.75 – $15.25 per hour
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Location: Joplin, MO
Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Packaging Operators to join our team in Joplin, MO. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain packaging lines efficiently.
- Palletize finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Serve as a relief operator when required.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a stable work history.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Compliance with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
