Program Manager, Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS)

You will work alongside a talented and innovative group of supply chain experts, collaborating cross-functionally to build new products, enhance existing services, and deliver best-in-class solutions that delight our customers. Key job responsibilities
– Manage complex initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating processes that are no longer needed. These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations.
– Accountable for the strategy and management of of a large program. You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery).
– Understand the inter dependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., aligned workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal and compliance requirements, program support, etc.).
– Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
– Able to make a case for project priorities, resource allocation, and/or appropriate program adoption, to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve a deficiency, or unblock delivery.
– Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.
– Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).
– Partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
