Program Portfolio Manager

• Recruit and develop a team of project managers and scum masters capable of effective and efficient delivery of multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Monitor initiative planning and execution including resources, tasks, status, changes, and issues.
• Oversee initiative delivery, including financial management, demand intake, resource utilization, and contract/vendor management.
• Create and enhance portfolio and program office processes and playbooks from intake demand to initiative delivery.
• Provide leadership and governance over agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Drive a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
