Your New Role
- Engineer and manage custom solutions for products, equipment, and services, delivering above customer expectations.
- Take charge of sales and estimation processes for metal fabrication and machining projects.
- Lead the full production lifecycle—from concept and drafting to final execution.
- Manage project quoting, sales follow-ups, and ensure seamless program execution.
- Act as a key project manager, overseeing every aspect of program progress and project completion.

- Experience: 6-10 years in project management or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProNest, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to create original drawings and designs, including shop and as-built plans.
- Cost Management: Skilled in preparing cost estimates and conducting cost-benefit analysis.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
