The Quality Assurance Analyst at Rio Mar is responsible for ensuring that our customer service meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This role involves monitoring and evaluating guest interactions, analyzing feedback, and working closely with various departments to implement improvements. The QA Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the resort's reputation for excellence and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, customer service management, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements
• This position requires regular walking, standing, and the ability to evaluate various areas of the resort.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or conduct special evaluations.
