TheQuality Engineering Supervisorleads a team of Siemens Electricians, Specialist and Network Engineers.Why is this so important?The right candidate will provide leadership to a team that is responsible for modifying and functionally testing prefabricated panels, building controllers, network switches, firewalls and servers.

As aQuality Engineering Supervisor, you will:


  • Supervise, train, and mentor team and schedule and assign tasks to meet project demands
  • Work closely with the field teams toidentifyopportunities toprovide prefabricated and tested products on projects.
  • Set goals,monitorperformance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training and drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective team
  • Develop customer relationships andmaintainhigh levelsof customer satisfaction while ensuring effective andtimelycommunications
  • Determinetechnical labor loading andappropriate balanceof talent to ensure proper resource coverage to meet customer and project’s needs
  • Champion safety compliance by ensuring employees meet or exceed organization and customer safety requirements
  • Ensure employees areproperly trainedon all safety requirements and enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools, and workflow standards

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:


  • 3+yearsof field experience and supervisory experience. Hands on experience in building, wiring and troubleshooting industrial control panels preferred.
  • A strong understanding of electrical control panels, including PLC’s, motor control and other instrument panels. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E UL 508A standards and the ability to read electrical wiring and layout prints.
  • An associate degree or trade school equivalent in electrical component layout, panel wiring, ladder diagrams, AC & DC drive systems, motion control, pneumatics, troubleshooting and testing.
  • Must be able to demonstrate:
    • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the operations of a prefabrication facility.
    • Verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Attention to detail
    • Skills in scheduling and tracking production hours, delegating tasks and maintaining inventory of stocked parts
    • Knowledge of shop safety protocols, maintaining safety training and equipment inspection logs, and performing annual performance evaluations of shop personnel
    • Organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity or experience with Building Automation Systems

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • The pay range for this position is $80,990 – $138,840 and the annual incentive target is 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
