Duties:

• This individual will work on all aspects of affordable housing transactional work from the local government and affiliated entity perspective
• Including ground leases, corporate resolutions, operating/partnership agreements, federally-funded loan documents, multi-family permanent supportive housing management agreements, construction contracts, sub recipient agreements, federal funding requirements, entitlement, general real estate work involved in commercial lending, development, acquisitions, and dispositions of real property.

• Work From Anywhere program (Must be in California)
• Remote

Salary/Compensation:

• $122,500 – $180,000 
• The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
