Responsible for ensuring successful academic, professional and personal development of registered nurses.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provides clinical instruction.

2. Creates a clinical environment which fosters students’ academic growth and guides their professional development.

3. Evaluates student competence based on program philosophy and objectives

4. Implements evaluation devices of student learning and clinical experience to measure progress and competency

5. Maintains professional qualifications through participation in continuing education programs, in-service training and academic courses

6. Performs other duties as required
