Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000/year

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You will lead and inspire a team approach to care, advocate for patients and their families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, coordinating care, and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri (or willing to obtain one before employment)
- Strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, and a commitment to accountability
- Empathy and compassion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- At least one year of nursing experience in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, or med-surg
