JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to our CEO & Founder, managing the day-to-day operations and financials for our family of companies. In this key leadership role, you will be the primary point of contact across all companies with a heavy focus on three of the eight, ensuring smooth operations, overseeing logistics, and driving performance through effective management of reporting and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operations, financial oversight, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in aligning operational goals with the CEO’s vision and contributing to the long-term success of the businesses.



WHAT WE OFFER

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Vision Execution: Implement and execute the CEO’s vision across the family of companies, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

  • KPI Management: Monitor and report on KPIs across all companies, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and provide insights for improvement.

  • Dashboard Creation: Develop executive dashboards that present key metrics, performance highlights, and areas of concern for the CEO’s review.

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring each company runs smoothly and meets profitability targets.

  • Legal and Financial Oversight: Manage all legal and compliance matters, providing financial oversight and keeping the CEO informed on all critical decisions.

  • Leadership & People Management: Conduct one-on-one meetings with key leaders, manage performance evaluations, and handle hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel changes.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle operational challenges independently, bringing only critical or high-level issues to the CEO for guidance.

  • Cross-Company Coordination: Ensure synergy between the marketing firm, wholesaling company, and funds & syndication company to drive collaboration and operational alignment.

  • Reporting & Communication: Translate complex reports and data into clear, concise updates that help the CEO make informed decisions quickly.

  • Profitability Focus: Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue streams, and boost profitability across all companies.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in high-level operations and business management across multiple companies or divisions.

  • Strong ability to understand and execute the CEO’s vision while maintaining operational focus across diverse industries.

  • Expertise in tracking, analyzing, and managing KPIs to align with strategic goals and drive company success.

  • Experience in creating executive-level dashboards that highlight performance, wins, and challenges at a glance.

  • In-depth knowledge of legal, compliance, and financial matters, including budget management and risk mitigation.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in performance management, hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel development.

  • Ability to solve complex problems independently, while bringing critical issues to the CEO for decision-making.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills, capable of simplifying complex data for easy understanding by the CEO.

  • A track record of driving profitability through continuous improvements in operational efficiency and revenue generation.

  • Experience acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering actionable insights for business growth.
