- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some overtime required)

Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive Repair Technician Lead with experience in commercial roofing to lead a two-person service crew. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a thorough understanding of commercial/industrial roof maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve water intrusion issues.
- Identify, document, and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
- Perform repairs on roofs, siding, windows, doors, and related constructions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address diverse project needs such as storm, hail, water, fire, or insect damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roofing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
- Desire for continuous improvement through feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
- Some travel required.
- OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
