Salary Range – $70,600 – $106,000

The Resort Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s Working Order programs, primarily in the Guestrooms, Public Areas, Outlets, and the Spa. This position will also work closely with the Housekeeping Team on Cleanliness programs. The ideal candidate must be willing to adapt and live our culture of Care, be a team player, have a positive attitude and be a motivational leader with great enthusiasm. This leader will have the skills to problem solve, ensure a safe working environment and improve efficiencies throughout the resort. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which may include overnights, weekends and emergencies.
Job Description:
- Th is position reports directly to the Director of Resort Facilities and the Assistant Directors of Engineering
- Manages the day-to-day working order operations and showcasing great leadership skills
- Monitor and coordinat e workload and team balance
- Sharing regular forecasts, reports, and statistics on working order programs
- Conducting regular site walks and overseeing daily tasks
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Manage and follow up on repairs and maintenance work orders
- Ensure effective energy conservation measures in all areas of operations
- Ensure fire, life, and safety systems are operational and perform related emergency procedures

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-4 years of hospitality and hotel management position
- Hospitality/Facility Management Degree preferred
- Must know about hotel systems such as payroll, scheduling, hotSOS, and Medellia
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
