With shared governance, our nurses actively shape decisions that impact their daily work, creating a unique opportunity to take ownership and grow in your practice.SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process. EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience preferred OTHER: Basic computer skills LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) EDUCATION: Required: Associates – Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors – Nursing
