Job Summary
You will work as needed as a Wound Care Registered Nurse, applying our nursing model to patient care. Your role includes assessing patients and addressing nursing issues related to health problems. You will also evaluate patient responses to care. Your job involves more than nursing. You will help patients safely navigate their healthcare journey by understanding their needs. Make sure patients move smoothly through healthcare encounters without complications or delays.

- Complete detailed clinical assessments following standard practices to prioritize patient and family needs. Adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
- Participate earnestly in initiatives aimed at improving quality and performance.

- You will acknowledge and respect patients’ unique differences and incorporate them into tailored care plans.

- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and tools used for documenting medical information, is required.

Qualifications
- Must have completed an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Should have a minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field.
- Registration as a licensed nurse is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
