Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities


  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential CPA firm and audit consultancy partners. Connect with potential clients to offer Due Diligence and bookkeeping services.
  • Relationship Building: Lead discovery calls and nurture partnerships with firms seeking scalable offshore solutions and prospective clients for our ongoing Due Diligence and bookkeeping services.
  • Market Analysis: Understand client pain points in audit and accounting bottlenecks, and showcase tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Diligently track and move leads through the sales cycle to close deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.


Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Proven BizDev Skills: Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Industry Insight: Prior experience in accounting or familiarity with audit services is a big plus, but not mandatory.
  • Communication Savvy: Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and conducting video calls.
  • Organized & Goal-Driven: Strong follow-up skills to manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Location: Open to candidates in Latin America.
