Your New Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and take a hands-on approach when needed. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Management
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across New Construction, Service, Commercial Service, Refrigeration, and AOR.
- Set and monitor KPIs, host team meetings, and deliver tailored training programs.
- Step in for sales calls during peak times or staff absences to maintain service excellence.
Business Development
- Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in residential, commercial, and property management sectors.
- Represent Premier Systems at networking events and industry gatherings.
Marketing Oversight
- Work with the marketing coordinator to create lead-generation campaigns.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Pricing Strategy
- Collaborate with department heads to develop competitive pricing models.
- Regularly review pricing strategies to align with market trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Align sales strategies with operational goals.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and operational teams to ensure exceptional service.

Required:
- Proven experience in sales management, outside sales, or business development (HVAC, construction, or related industries preferred).
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan) and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategy with execution.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, or property management.
- Experience working across diverse sales functions, including residential and commercial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred, not required).
