SAP Maintenance Planner

Overview:

The Maintenance Planning Technician will utilize the organization’s SAP Master Data Management strategy to ensure timely and accurate entry of field-collected data into the SAP database using various tools and methods. Seeking a detail-oriented team player committed to integrity. Advanced to expert knowledge in SAP, SQL, and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning Division stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Management) to collect and enter field data into SAP.
• Utilize advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong organizational abilities.
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with Engineering, Management, and Vendors.
• Maintain attention to detail in coordinating logistics, preparing/editing reports, and responding fully to requests.
• Prioritize work and organizational tasks to ensure completion of all administrative duties.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate dependability and concern for others to meet their needs.
• Maintain neat and accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar discipline OR three (3) or more years of experience as an O&G SAP Analyst/Technician or Maintenance Planner.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel; In-depth knowledge or SuperUser experience in SAP required.
• Preferred experience in reporting, monthly accrual, full analysis scheduling, baselining, and fiscal year carryover.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, prioritization abilities, and proficiency in detailed and accurate reporting.
• High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
