Lockheed Martin is currently seeking a Flight Planning & Scheduler to support the Mission Designator Series platforms. This role assists in the overall planning, coordination, de-confliction, and timely execution of current operations in a virtual battlespace environment across various security levels. As a Scheduler, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations within the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center (JITTC-N), maintain scheduling software and databases for the 31st Combat Squadron/Joint Integrated Test and Training Center, and serve as the primary point of contact for simulator users coordinating access to the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center campus.

Primary Duties Include:
• Coordinate weekly simulation requirements with JITTC-N simulation site leads and input into the Dynamic Mission Operations Simulation System (DMOSS).
• Host weekly scheduling meetings with JITTC-N simulation site leads and unit leadership.
• Coordinate simulation downtimes to enable projected software and hardware maintenance actions, or other uncleared visitor access within simulation facilities.
• Schedule connectivity tests across JITTC-N simulations in preparation of large force exercises or other missions identified by unit leadership.
• Coordinate long-term schedules with regular Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) simulation users and with regular Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Temporary Duty (TDY) simulation users.
• Validate long-term schedule requests with Nellis and TDY units 30 days prior to scheduled execution.
• Input simulation requests into DMOSS for validation no later than one business day from receipt for de-confliction and unit prioritization.
• Manage simulation window allocation to prevent conflicts, based on unit leadership priorities, last-minute simulation changes, cancellations, or requests to the published simulation schedule.
• Source DMOSS change requests and identify improvement areas from simulation site leads and coordinate updates with DMOSS system administrators.
• Manage and maintain JITTC-N DMOSS access requests, user access, database records, outlining JITTC-N schedulable assets or simulation options.
• Generate DMOSS products, reporting weekly simulation utilization rates, hours, users, completed/canceled event percentages, or other details as requested by unit leadership.
• Schedule and manage JITTC-N mission rooms for simulation events or conferences.
• Coordinate TDY simulation requests with the JITTC-N security team to ensure users meet minimum security requirements for access to facilities and systems.
• Highlight any Distinguished Visitor (DV) simulation requests to unit leadership for situational awareness.
• Collect, consolidate, and summarize simulation user feedback for unit leadership situational awareness.
