The Opportunity
Spiideo is looking to expand the North American team with the addition of a Senior Sales Manager targeting collegiate athletic departments and conferences. 

As a Sales Manager at Spiideo, you will:


  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This includes prospecting and lead qualification, lead product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals.
  • Sell to elite teams, leagues and conferences throughout the scholastic pyramid.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. At Spiideo we are using Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
  • Attend industry events, including traveling/ presenting when necessary.
  • Travel to Europe/Sweden for annual company offsite

What we are looking for:

  • Passion and knowledge about sports and technology so you effectively can relate to, and communicate with, our potential customers.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success from B2B sales in the Sports Tech industry.
  • Strong preference for experience selling into collegiate athletic departments and conferences. 
  • Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position Spiideo’s offerings as a valuable solution.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-activity space.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and growth mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Location:
This is a remote position for someone located in the United States. New York City vicinity is a plus. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Director for Scholastic Sales based in the US. Spiideo HQ is located in Malmo, Sweden.
