About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Seasonal Pool Server & Bar Assistant to join our vibrant team, providing seamless service in a lively and welcoming poolside setting. In this role, you will assist with delivering food and beverages, clear and reset tables, and support the bar team in maintaining a polished and inviting atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for attentive, team-oriented professionals who take pride in creating warm, memorable experiences while ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

What you will do:

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting and delivering it to guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
• Preparation of condiment and garnish items.

What you bring:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• One year previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• We are seeking candidates available to start inMarch and April for the summer season.
• While this is a seasonal role with a defined end date, there may be opportunities for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.
• Open availability is preferred & weekend avaialbity is required.
• Must be available to work holidays.
• Part time position, 3-4 days a week.
