As Senior Associate of Lifecycle Communications within Chase Travel , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted email campaigns and other owned channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and compelling content that resonates with our audience, driving loyalty, repeat bookings and customer lifetime value.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at various stages of their travel journey, with a focus on retention and personalization.
  • Operate as a marketing technology tools expert within the Travel marketing team to optimize our customer interactions.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including stay related communications, newsletters, and triggers with personalized content to drive customer engagement and repeat conversions.
  • Collaborate with the brand, performance marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for email and other owned channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Integrate best-in-class technology partners to strengthen communications for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct testing and other experiments to identify the most effective tactics for engaging our audiences.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and customer engagement to continuously improve our strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms life and technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Persado, Moveable Ink) and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, gaining alignment and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work effectively across JPMC organization and drive results .

  • Strong preference for experience in the Travel industry.
  • Self-starter; ability to proactively solve problems by establishing key relationships quickly
