Job Description
KY-Frankfort, Lead or participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions; working closely with Project Manager(s), SME’s, Vendor and Business Users. Define and document requirements and use cases.
Troubleshooting application and/or interfaces as problems arise. Troubleshooting report issues.
Working with user community and vendors to meet implementation timeline. Support application/project go-live.
