Description:
The Senior Director of Intelligence & Emergency Management will lead and manage NYP’s security investigative and intelligence groups. Oversees the development, growth, and accountability of security analytics, intelligence, investigations, and insider threats for the enterprise. Supervises all investigations and the processing of large data volumes to identify internal threats to the organization, the organization’s assets, and the organization’s personnel. Plans, directs, organizes, and operationalizes all aspects of the Safety, Security and Emergency/Crisis Management functions to ensure all related initiatives are aligned with recognized best practices. Designs procedures that inform affected parties of what actions are necessary in an emergency or crisis and creates preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of emergency situations occurring.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in training, development, and implementation. Demonstrated understanding of relevant industry expertise to support strategic initiatives.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of leadership and supervisory experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience working national disasters and/or critical incidents and utilizing their knowledge and skills during these types of events.
- Extensive experience questioning witnesses in an investigation, disposition or similar setting
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills R Strong interpersonal/client relations skills
- Proven record in achieving business and performance goals

$174,000-$261,000/Annual
