Job Description
MD-Capitol Heights, Senior Estimator must Have: Local Federal GC estimator experience. No owner’s rep estimator.
Must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience with one local GC. Someone with 20 years’ federal experience in another market, may be considered but, does not bring any subcontractor relationship.
Must have references from the same GC and left on good terms. Must have a deep subcontractor pool to call on.
