Senior Financial Analyst- Rack Digital

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our Digital Finance team. This person will be focused on surfacing insights, modeling scenarios, sizing new initiatives, and partnering closely with business leaders to support decision making and strategic investments for our Rack.com and Dropship businesses.

** This role is Hybrid and will require you to be in office 3 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA. We do not offer relocation for this role.

A day in the life…

• Partner with multiple cross-functional teams in planning, analysis, and decision making against our Rack.com and Dropship business
• Lead processes for supporting activities and analysis related to the monthly reporting of close results and the monthly forecast
• Create reporting tools and financial models that provide insight into past performance and future trends
• Act as a key finance contact to the business and communicate effectively with non-financial leaders
• Support Digital Product Management with sizing initiatives and assessing tech prioritization needs
• Drive process improvements and reporting simplification including development of Tableau dashboards
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned

You own this if you have…

• 4+ years of related experience
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy
• Experience with Tableau and SQL a plus

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $77,969 – $132,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
