Key Responsibilities:
- Support the director in influencing and implementing strategic category direction while proactively assisting in range direction.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities to drive innovation and commerciality, ensuring alignment with brand and business unit (BU) strategies.
- Provide product creation process expertise, ensuring all tasks are executed within set timeframes while maintaining product excellence.
- Act as a role model for the team, supporting the product creation process and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional relationships with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product development process.
- Conduct business analysis, draw insights, and support actions that drive profitability and efficiency.
- Leverage strong knowledge of product information systems and interlinking functions to ensure clarity on timelines and processes.
- Contribute high-level product expertise to create industry-leading products and support discussions with markets and retailers.
- Prepare and present ranges and business-related topics with the appropriate structure and audience in mind.
- Collaborate with Go To Market (GTM) counterparts to integrate GTM direction into relevant ranges.
- Take ownership of specific projects that optimize category performance, working independently while providing updates to leadership.
- Support direct reports (if applicable), ensuring structured onboarding, functional skill development, and alignment with team goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the NAM marketplace, competitive landscape, and key consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- Provide operational support to ensure the BU vision, strategic objectives, and financial targets are met, while helping guide creation teams in executing brand strategies.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in marketing/business/textile/fashion
- Minimum of 5 years Product Marketing experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
- Experience in trade or sales is helpful
- Fluent in English
- PC skills (MS Office programs)

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $115,728.00 – $162,000.00 . Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles California.
