Senior Project Manager Clinical Operations Analytics – Days

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all project activities. This role will drive the execution of the full life cycle of projects including scope, planning, analysis, measurement, and communication. Serves as a liaison between data analysts, project managers, and senior leadership to set strategic targets for the project management team.

This is a full-time position at the NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center location.


Preferred Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Six-Sigma / Lean
  • 1-2 years of data analysis experience
  • Skills in data analysis and the ability to use data visualization and analytical tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, Jupyter Microsoft Power BI, or Excel for creating insightful reports and dashboard

Required Criteria:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 7-10 years of project management or related experience
  • Knowledgeable and highly skilled in the use of LEAN methodologies, as well as the Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated application of core business consulting, process, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, Power BI, statistical data analysis software, and other desktop applications
  • Proven ability to quickly develop credibility with Senior Leadership, process owners, and front line staff
  • Ability to Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying change management strategies to facilitate employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Salary Range:

$120,000-$170,000/Annual
