Responsibilities
  • Strategy: Translate organizational goals into impactful social media strategies.
  • Content creation: Create and manage a year-long content calendar, executing campaigns to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Community engagement: Foster a sense of community, encouraging conversations and participation among followers. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to extend reach and credibility.
  • Brand reputation: Monitor social media for potential issues, negative feedback, or crises, and respond appropriately. Work with internal teams to develop response strategies for handling brand reputation challenges.
  • Performance: Determine, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on organic social strategy and execution.
  • Have a track record of success in growing and engaging audiences across multiple social media platforms.
  • Expertise in audience research and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for tone and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
