About the Role:
Four Seasons Hotel andPrivate ResidencesNew Orleans is seeking a Server to join our dynamic Chandelier Bar Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Chandelier Bar Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options.

What you will do:

• Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain food & menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the bartender using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and drink stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring:

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TIPS, ServSafe, and Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit and certificationsrequired
• Work authorizationin the United States

Schedule and Hours:
