  • Pay: $59,000 – $69,000 annually (Based on Experience)
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with occasional Saturdays)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our service department and drive exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, engage directly with customers, and work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service efficiency. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Service Team: Establish high standards and guide the team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service calls, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Team Development: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements to drive success.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in service documentation and overall quality.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage service parts and tool inventory to ensure readiness.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and innovations to enhance service capabilities.
  • Training Programs: Provide ongoing training for the service team on equipment, safety, and customer service.
  • Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed.
