Shift Engineer (Gnrl Maintenance A)

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas.
• Perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas,
• Performs general maintenance to ensure the hotel’s building, equipment, and grounds are safe and meet quality standards
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issue
• Not all job duties are encompassed

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred
• Good customer skills are also required
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
