This position will require lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to or over 50lbs; driving/sitting in a vehicle for extended periods of time; occasional exposure to loud noises; and risk of injury from moving/lifting patients, equipment, or materials.

Monday – Friday Days/Evenings, 12pm-8pm, alternating weekends

ESH Transportation Representative enables Eastern State Hospital to help meet the needs of a diverse patient population by providing transportation for discharged patients to various locations throughout the state of KY and into parts of boarding states. Transport current patients and staff to appointments and Day Visits. Maintain records of mileage and time of trips. Maintain general upkeep of vehicles. Monitor patients while transporting. Assist patients with ADLs when needed. Participates in Performance Improvement functions

Basic computer skills, excellent customer service skills.

At least 5 years of driving experience with a positive driving record highly preferred.
