Social Worker – Behavioral Health Outpatient Practice – Days

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Social Worker at our brand new Article 31 Behavioral Health practice. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering direct outpatient mental health services to patients and families. This position entails a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to crisis intervention, safety assessment using evidence-based screening, providing concrete services, assisting and following up with home care, conducting psychosocial assessments, and offering individual, group, and family psychotherapy. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and across the network of ambulatory care clinics is essential. You will be responsible for seeing patients both virtually and in person through scheduled appointments.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM, day shift position located at a 343 4th Ave Behavioral Health Practice.

Preferred Criteria:

• Three years experience or training in a hospital and /or agency.
• Experience in an outpatient Behavioral Health setting.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish /English

Required Cri u teria:

• • Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
• • New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• • Three years experience or training in a hospital and /or agency.

$41.58-$51.25/Hourly
