The annual base salary for this position ranges from $51,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $116,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Nike ICON Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator. This is a full time located near Culver City, CA. Perfect job for a forward-thinking person looking to join a fast-paced creative photo studio.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding of content creation, on set production process and management, and paying of talent and crews
  • Daily support to the E-comm Producer and Merchandise Coordinator as well as on set crews.
  • Work closely with the production and styling teams to build out upcoming production templates in scheduling system, based off merch assortment arrivals and seasonal deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining all crew portfolios and role/rate assignment documentation.
  • Learn and absorb all style guides for both on and off set styling procedures.
  • Understand all on set roles within a crew, their function, and a high level of all workflows.
  • Understand the different shoot types and merchandise process flows including but not limited to Classic, Digital Retail, Jordan, Dual Gender, Hollowbody, Video, etc.
  • Keep up to date on Studio Tracker and work with Producer on all incoming projects and inline requests, partnering with Merchandise Coordinator when needed.
  • Be able to provide updates on priorities, schedule status, and crew confirmations of all shoots at any given moment.
  • Ability to learn basic commands required to assist art directors & digitechs in standard workflow and file organization.
  • Prioritization and escalation of technical support issues.
  • Anticipate and communicate issues to Producer to reach solutions in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and provide proxy status to Producer in meetings and email.
  • Build strong relationships with freelance talent and agencies.
  • Manage the sending of confirmation emails based off crews Producer has built for upcoming week(s) and shoots.
  • Onboard new talent and vendors through NIKE’s approved systems, partnering with finance and supplier support teams to troubleshoot when needed.
  • Approving timecards and invoices weekly for crew.
  • Ensuring on time and accurate payment to both talent and vendors – partnering with payroll partner and/or finance teams to troubleshoot.
  • Stay up to date on daily production schedule and running sets – kicking crews off when needed.
  • Sit in on meet ups with new potential talent and assist in reviewing resumes for Assistant roles.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and initiate processes change after reviewing with Producer.
  • Must be able to create, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Assist with onboarding process for freelancers and ETW’s and provide first day.
  • Ability to step in for Producer when on PTO or out of office on other projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years work experience in production.
  • Ability to Prioritize – consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office.
  • Technical ability and knowledge required to run Mac-based programs.
  • Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, possess very strong organizational skills, work with diverse personalities and meet strict and/or competing deadlines.
  • Continually use great communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Consistently reflect a professional demeanor with creative team and production crews.
  • Attention to detail and problem solver with good time management skills.
  • Self-starter and proactive.
  • Navigates complexities within a corporate setting.
  • Ability to work on a computer/keyboard for long periods of time if necessary.
  • Flexible; team player with a good positive attitude.
  • Experience with Airtable, Coupa, and Box a plus.
