This independent, regional healthcare system, located in one of Minnesota’s most affluent suburbs, is expanding their highly sought-after spine surgery program and looking for a BE/BC orthopedic spine or neuro-spine surgeon to join their team.


Position Details:

  • Join an experienced spine surgeon at this thriving regional health system in expanding their current spine and pain center to include surgical spine as a complement to existing services
  • Strong built-in referral network able to support up to three spine surgeons
  • Dedicated APP?s to run your clinic so you can maximize your time in the OR
  • Tremendous autonomy – create your ideal workweek schedule and play an integral part in shaping the growth of this program, with the financial security of an established, financially sound health system
  • State-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced medical technology including robotics, Epic EMR, CMA?s, RN triage, patient coordination team, and more
  • Unprecedented quality of life with no call responsibility
  • $650K base salary guarantee for a new graduate, plus substantial wRVU bonus potential
