Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sr. Product Analyst, Advanced Analytics – Fulfillment to join our Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) team. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Advanced Analytics Product Owner – Fulfillment/Scheduling, this role is critical in executing advanced analytics solutions that optimize fulfillment processes, including optimal order management, production scheduling, and materials management efficiency within the supply chain. The Sr. Product Analyst will conduct in-depth data analysis, deliver actionable insights, and support the implementation of strategic enhancements to improve operational responsiveness and cost-effectiveness, while guiding junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
This position requires strong analytical expertise and execution focus to advance fulfillment analytics, supporting the Sr Manager’s strategic vision and contributing to broader supply chain optimization goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Conduct advanced analysis of fulfillment data sets to deliver actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities that enhance order management, production scheduling, and materials efficiency.
- Support for Strategic Implementation: Execute strategic analytics plans for fulfillment under the Sr Manager’s direction, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Analytics Tool Development Support: Contribute to the design, refinement, and deployment of fulfillment analytics tools, collaborating with technical teams to meet evolving business needs.
- Agile Process Support: Support agile workflows within the fulfillment analytics team, managing sprints and backlog tasks as directed by leadership to ensure timely delivery.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Track and report on fulfillment-specific OKRs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance and support strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with fulfillment stakeholders (e.g., Integrated Business Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Service) to ensure analytics solutions meet operational needs, escalating key issues to leadership.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation of fulfillment analytics processes and outcomes, and develop reports/presentations to support stakeholder updates on initiative value.
- Cultural Advocacy for Data-Driven Decision Making: Guide junior analysts in fostering a culture of data literacy and analytical thinking within the fulfillment team and broader organization.
- Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement: Recommend and implement new analytics methodologies to enhance fulfillment processes, staying current with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6+ years in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, including at least 2+ years in an analytics-focused role with demonstrated impact.
- Experience in the Supply Chain or related field is required, with a strong understanding of fulfillment processes and challenges.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

The salary range for this role is:
$94,400.00 – $144,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
