What Will You Be Doing?
The Sr. Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support to the CEO, President, Board members and other executive staff to include proactively managing schedules, making travel arrangements, responding to customer inquiries and preparing complex correspondence, reports and presentations. Assists in coordinating high profile company events as needed. Also serves as central point of contact and communication with CEO and President.
Essential Functions
Directly supports the President & Chief Executive Officer and other executive-level personnel to include all of the following and other related functions:
- Performs and/or coordinates a variety of advanced administrative duties and assignments including complex correspondence, presentations, proactively managing daily schedules, making travel arrangements, distributing mail and monitoring phone and email communications for the CEO, Board members and other executives
- Supervises and directs the work of the Executive Assistant(s)
- Handles confidential business matters and ensures smooth operation of office when CEO and/or President is unavailable
- Assists in the preparation and distribution of materials for the Board of Directors.
- Screens calls and visitors, answers general questions and ensures CEO and/or other senior members of the executive team are aware of issues requiring attention.
- Handles and responds to routine correspondence. Researches and composes responses for the CEO and/or President.
- Coordinates presentations and executive communications with the Corporate Communications Department.
- Develops presentations using a variety of technical mediums.
- Develops and maintains a variety of reports and spreadsheets for personal and/or executive use.
- Assists with the budget preparation, monitors budget and prepares monthly variance reports.
- Compiles and researches information for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Prepares expense reports and monthly payroll for executives.
Other Functions
- May coordinate with all department administrative staff to facilitate information exchange, monitor/manage projects, or ensure compliance with company procedures.
- May assist with training administrative staff in any/all aspects of office management or company administrative procedures.
- Act as liaison and main contact between CEO/Executives and other departments or vendors when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience supporting executive-level management in a variety of administrative and office support functions
- Excellent level of proficiency in commonly used software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Access, and Visio
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint
- College degree preferred

- Ability to use good judgment in situations where limited information may be available
- Exceptional organizational skills: performs job duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize among many equally important and/or urgent matters requiring executive attention
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a very visible and busy professional environment
- Demonstrates telephone etiquette/courtesy/professionalism
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while helping to de-escalate conflicts
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, define priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Knowledge of Frontier organization, values, mission
- Knowledge of airline industry helpful, but not required
