Summarized Purpose:

Provides general site support through the performance of assigned tasks related to facility services including inventory control, distribution, shipping and receiving.


Essential Functions:

  • Receives and delivers incoming delivers by storage environment.
  • Data entry into the electronic workbooks.
  • Distributes supplies, packages, and equipment across campus.
  • Utilizes company vehicles for the site and executes the transportation. Box truck, Vans, forklift/pallet jack. No CDL needed.

Education and Experience:


  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualifications
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate between systems.
  • Consistently positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, software applications and other technology.
  • Data entry and General understanding of inventory monitoring
  • May require knowledge of shipping service operations and software such as FedEx, UPS, etc

  • May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments.
