What You Will Do

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Disneyland Resort Site Operations Finance team, you would get to analyze metrics and trends to understand business results and identify risks and opportunities. You would provide input on new business models and initiatives designed to improve Guest and Cast experiences and drive shareholder value. The position would primarily support the Commercial Business Transformation and Experience Optimization teams.



Responsibilities of & Requirements for the Role:

You would join a fast-paced finance team dedicated to collaborating with client partners to improve the Guest and Cast experience. Your purview would include support of food & beverage cost of sales, environmental initiatives, and retail and food & beverage line of businesses.



  • Meet and collaborate with partners to review financial results for departments and projects or to analyze new business initiatives;
  • Develop the financials for the quarter forecast, annual operating plan, and 10-year long term plan;
  • Maintain/optimize existing models and create new financial and reporting tools to identify opportunities for partners to drive the business forward;
  • Organize strong written and verbal communication that conveys data and analysis to partners at all levels, including Directors and Vice President;

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or relevant analytically oriented functions
  • Knowledge of forecasting and financial modeling, including proficiency in acquiring, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data;
  • The ability to explain complex analytics in a way that is easily understandable and executable, and enjoy “storytelling” to engage and influence your audience. Familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy and the ability to think holistically;
  • Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness and enjoyment of solving problems;
  • The ability to work in a team environment, in person and virtually, with a positive demeanor;
  • The capability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong technical ability [finance discipline, software, simple data mgmt. (SQL, Macros), visualization (Tableau, Power BI), project management]

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, analytics, data science, accounting

Preferred Education


  • Master’s Degree in quantitative field preferred

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, California is $103,400 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
