ABOUT THE ROLE
Fox Corporation is seeking a Product Strategist to join our AI Enablement team and supercharge how we build, create, and collaborate with AI. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, helping teams across the company unlock the full potential of AI-driven tools. Whether you’re driving custom AI solutions or next-gen workflows, you’ll be making an impact by bringing enhanced creativity and smarter ways of working to our wider organization.

Fox Corporation is seeking a Product Strategist to join our AI Enablement team within Emerging Technology. In this role, you’ll turn theory into action-scoping GenAI use cases, piloting cutting-edge tools, and helping teams across FOX unlock productivity and creativity at scale.

As a key member of the AI Enablement program within the Emerging Technology department, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Executives, and other key stakeholders to turn ideas into reality. Your work will focus on leveraging large language models, AI coding assistants, generative AI tools, and automation platforms to achieve new business impact in production. The newest and most exciting AI products and tools want to work with us. You help evaluate them and put them into the hands of our people. At its core, the Product Strategist role centers around using AI in real-world action.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, and business teams (across News, Sports, Entertainment, Tubi, and more) to identify opportunities where AI adds value today, and then help execute solutions to prove it. This is a hands-on strategy role for someone who’s excited to work cross-functionally, quickly iterate, and translate complexity into impact.

Our users are from businesses and departments across FOX – News, Entertainment, FTS, Tubi, Sports and Tech. They come to us with ideas on how they can use AI to improve their workflows, products or output. We partner with them to bring those ideas to life.

As a Product Strategist, you’ll work as part of a driven and creative team of Solutions Engineers, Product Designers, and other Strategists to enable team members to use AI to solve the most exciting needs and problems they have. Your goal is to synthesize thoughts into an understanding of what the pressing problem is, if and how AI can play a role in solving it, and where the impact could be.

You’ll partner with the businesses and plunge into the product offering landscape to enable us to scale. In this role, you’ll require a curious and analytical approach and a sharp intuition for product and impact.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate AI/ML models for more custom solutions based on business needs
• Assist teams in onboarding and integrating AI-powered development tools into their workflows
• Provide guidance and best practices for AI-assisted software development
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and automation
• Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption
• Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, evaluating new tools and their potential impact
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI-driven development practices across the organization
• Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of AI tooling across the company
• Identify workflows that can be leveraged by new user groups from other businesses within FOX
• Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and having concrete impact on their operations
• Present the results of our enablement work and extension opportunities to audiences ranging from production assistants to high level executives
• Collaborate hand in hand with our Solutions Engineers and Product Designers to incorporate what you see from users into cross-FOX offerings
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing users across FOX companies and departments
• Translate ambiguous user ideas into scoped AI use cases and prototype paths
• Identify and evaluate emerging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilot, Claude, AI search) for internal enablement
• Partner with engineering, legal, and design to implement and scale MVPs and workflows
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation to drive adoption across FOX
• Build demos and internal case studies that illustrate what’s possible and what works
• Present use cases and pilot results to stakeholders ranging from engineers to execs
• Stay on the pulse of GenAI trends and share actionable insights across the org

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Experience with AI/ML models and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor or other AI-powered tools
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed org-ideally in media, entertainment, or tech
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling teams through AI
• Excellent communicator who can synthesize ambiguous ideas and translate technical concepts to non-technical partners

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-190,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
