Your New Role
As the Steel Erector Project Manager, you’ll bring projects to life with hands-on leadership and sharp problem-solving. You’ll manage multiple crews, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure each project is built to our exacting standards. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead daily operations across multiple construction projects
- Supervise and build effective teams across various sites
- Partner with General Contractors to prioritize and meet timelines
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans with precision
- Oversee equipment usage to maintain site efficiency and safety
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and management
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they escalate
- Manage on-site inventory and operations
- Train crews on OSHA standards and uphold compliance

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Steel Project Manager
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and plans
- Solid knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, with additional compensation)
- Technical/computer proficiency
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
