Volkswagen Group of America’s 10 – week Summer Internship Program targets undergraduate students entering their Junior or Senior years who are eager to acquire practical, real-world experience in the automotive industry. Program Information:

• 10-week Summer Internship Start Date (non-negotiable): June 2, 2025
• Program Duration: June 2, 2024 – August 8, 2025

Role Summary:

The Connected Services Product Intern will support the team’s initiatives to improve sales results and reduce risk. The Intern will provide critical support for the Ownership Verification project. The Intern will work collaboratively across legal, security, privacy, IT, marketing and operations, to help support process workflows and business rules to ensure Volkswagen connected vehicle programs have the correct owner throughout the entire customer journey.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with the Ownership Verification pilot
• Provide support for Competitive Studies and Lead Voice of Customer Studies
• Support alignment with Partner pilots
• Provide support for advanced reporting initiatives
• Support the development of a business case for the Return On Investment initiative

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Strong GPA
• Degree track for Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or comparable degree program

Skills:

• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset able to work comfortably in ambiguous emerging technology space, with positive attitude
• Ability to develop product performance dashboards, timelines and roadmaps for executive review.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
