Pay: $45,000-$50,000Hiring two people for this position and one needs to be bilingual in Spanish.QualificationsQuoting shipments for client for projects Creates BOL’s for new shipments and sends to supplier to shipTenders loads in Mercury Gate TMS to CarriersTracks pick-up, in-transit and delivery of shipmentsHigh level of professionalism when dealing with customer and suppliersHigh attention to detail and able to ask appropriate questions to give accurate quotesResolves issues with misrouted freight / critical freightCan escalate to Operations Manager when there are critical issuesSupports will billing discrepancies and updates system as necessaryOther duties as required and assignedEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Transportation Management SystemsPC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelSome experience in transportation, LTL preferredHigh level of professionalism, high attention to detail, task orientedAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
